“I made an appointment for mom for screen hearing test. During the day of my mom’s appointment, the receptionist said that we never made an appointment. I personally called on the behalf of my mom, one month ahead to make an appointment. The receptionist told us that she will give us a call back in two minutes but she never call us back nor never heard from her to make a follow up. The front desk reception who makes an appointment schedule needs to retrain. I felt we been neglected and ignored. ”

We are a very busy office and unfortunately a mistake was made and I sincerely apologize. I have used this experience to reiterate with my office staff the importance of documentation and confirmations of our daily appointments so that this will never happen again. “i have very severe hearing problems and even with hearing aids i am not doing well i have a very narrow ear canal and this office is the right answer being very very devoted and understanding to my needs regardless how many appointments it takes and no extra charges they even called down a few times the technician from oticon to help out she treated us like family. i highly recommend this office for your needs.”
