“I stood on my hearing aid and it shattered. I am on holiday in Indian Harbour Beach, and being a retired Dental Surgeon used to repairing broken prostheses, thought it worth a try to have it repaired. I took it in and got it back less than 24 hours fully repaired and serviceable. This was amazing service from the Audiologist who attended to me: I would not get that service at home in the UK. Thank you for your excellent service, I recommend you to everyone. ”

“I had been going to another place for 17 years. Your clinic surpasses them in every way. The hearing test was thorough and both the doctor and the hearing specialist took time. Andrew, the specialist, is the absolute best. I would recommend them! ”
“I went there to get fitted for hearing aids. I purchased hearing aids but I returned them. My experience was they were very nice and all that stuff so I'd give them a good mark for that. My issue is that I have health insurance and they cover X number of dollars for hearing aids. Basically, this place lead me to believe that I couldn't get anything better than what I was getting for my insurance coverage. My wife has the same insurance and got hearing aids in New York - she got a step above or the higher-end set for the same coverage that my insurance was offering. So I was annoyed with that. I called and told them about it and they said "We can't do that." I said, "I don't understand, a hearing aid's a hearing aid." I went to a perfectly competent audiologist in New York and got better hearing aids all covered under the same insurance. They were giving me a lower grade hearing aid. So obviously they were making more money off me and giving me a lesser product. So I wasn't pleased with that. I returned the hearing aids and when I went home to New York, I got hearing aids there. This is Florida and a lot of old people live here. I'm old but I'm not that old and I'm not that naive to think that I can't get a better deal elsewhere. I got the same hearing test and I got much better hearing aids, all covered by my insurance. I would not go to them again and I am putting the word out that this is the way they conduct business. So the thing is, shop around.”
