Dr. Joanne Dillon is a licensed clinical audiologist with nearly two decades’ experience in the hearing healthcare field. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Dillon gained experience working in a variety of clinical settings including the military. She provides diagnostic evaluations for hearing and balance disorders, hearing aid testing and evaluations, hearing loss prevention and protection.

“I am a first time hearing aid wearer. I called about 10 different audiologists (no Beltone or Miracle Ear) to talk with their staff and only found 3 that met my criteria. LOL I ended up going to 2 different audiologists trying to find one I liked and felt confident in their ability to fit me properly. For the HA's I wanted, the price ranged about $3000 for both. Lowest price was $4500 and highest price was $7500. Exact same HA. Joanne in Floyd was my second stop after having ruled out the first one. After working with her doing my hearing test, she opted to give me some loaners to try. I had narrowed my choices down to either Oticon or Widex so I tried both HA's. She and Sharra were so nice to me that I called and canceled my 3rd appointment with the other Audiologist. I was confident in Joanne's ability to fit me properly and to get a great price. I just purchased "my" HA's today and am so pleased. I know I made the right decision. When Joanne called Oticon, she put them on speaker phone so I could hear the entire conversation. Very transparent! She went above what I expected! These HA's are expensive and I am confidant I got the overall best price, performance, customer service here.”
