“The audiologists were very knowledgeable took the time to be most thorough with diagnosing the hearing condition and providing a solution for my father. We felt our questions were answered, we were not pressured or felt like we were being "sold" an item. The professional staff genuinely cared and provided a solution that was affordable but meet the needs for my father. Also front staff went the extra step to accommodate our scheduling needs. “The receptionist was very cold, would not acknowledge you, tossed the paper in front of you, told you to sign in. We've been there three times and every time we've come in, there's no acknowledgment, no hello. The third time, she was on lunch. We had ten minutes so we waited. There was a sign that said "out to lunch". Then she walked around and never once said, "I'll be with you in a minute, how are you guys doing?", nothing. She comes back from lunch, sits down, takes the sign off, and I walk up and she didn't even acknowledge me - just shoved the thing in front of me and said, "sign in"”
