“I’ve dealt with Tinnitus for almost 3 years before I decided to visit Hearing Evaluation services. Working with Alina Swierski Au.D was exactly what I needed. She explained everything in detail and has been extremely patient with me. Both Alina and Gabriella up front are super friendly. In January 2021 I ordered my hearing aids. After a few follow up appointments I am finally free of tinnitus and am able to enjoy being involved in conversations again with my family”
“Jill Bernstein is highly competent and patient. She spent generous time explaining options and orienting me to new aids. She performed most thorough exam I've ever experienced. The support staff is helpful and competent as well. ”
“Very professional and efficient. Now realize I should've been tested several years ago. I'm very pleased with my results, as are many friends who no longer have to repeat everything several times.”
“My experience with Dr. Bernstein and the HES staff has always been exemplary. she took her time with me and made certain that my level of hearing loss was properly diagnosed and treated with the proper hearing appliance. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.”
“Dr Jennifer Sutton is awesome. The whole staff is super nice I compare my new hearing aids to the greatest thing since the invention of ice cream. I hear so much better. Thank you Dr. Jennifer and staff.”

Welcome to our practice! Hearing Evaluation Services prides itself in being the largest freestanding non-profit audiology group in Western New York. We are completely committed to providing the highest quality services available. Hearing Evaluation Services believes that this is only possible by pairing highly educated staff with top of the line test equipment and advanced hearing aid technology.
Hearing Evaluation Services was founded in 1981 by audiologist, Thomas P. White. The organization was set up as a non-profit agency to best serve our patients. Our audiologists are not commissioned so you can be confident that any recommendations made by our staff are made in each patient's best interest alone. This philosophy has stood the test of time. Hearing Evaluation Services has been caring for patients since 1981 and most of our patients come by word of mouth, after hearing successful stories about us from their family and friends. We have four conveniently located offices in Western New York, one in Amherst (Snyder) on Main Street, one in Williamsville on Wehrle Drive near Transit Road, one in Tonawanda on Sheridan Drive near Parker, and one in Orchard Park on North Buffalo Street. Please contact us to discuss your individual hearing needs. We look forward to hearing from you!
Community Outreach, as one of the only free-standing, non-profit audiology practices in the country, HES is proud to partner with other outstanding organizations that help the less fortunate throughout Western New York, the country and event the world.
