“I have been going to Melissa Danchak Audiology now for decades thru my last working years! I am now 71 years old.. - To this day I cannot remember why I looked her up- or what triggered me to see Melissa, ---other than change from an audiologist in Arlington that did me- No good... I have- Totally - Been SO- Blessed, by Melissa who has worked so hard and spent a lot of time with me to correct my very troubled hearing problems that is extensive! I am very grateful for all the patience she has given me-- and Always a great help and a smile! Again I am very Blessed - and I look back of my working career in the last 25 years and she has been part of my success in my later years of extreme demanding jobs and long hours depending on my old blown out ears. Yet, she has been with me every step of the way in seeing that I am satisfied and problems get smoothed out properly! That is a fact! The people in the office are so very nice and helpful, always makes me feel so much calmer when I do come in for a ear problem. She and here staff know the ropes!, and I also see people that come in for the same situations - maybe far more problems than I, but they are happy with a smile and will take a seat when their appt is up and called to come on back! Great Place! I would be scared and in the dark -if I was to go anywhere else.. Life can be so short and I would be very worried and scared if I would have to find another Audiologist! I would not see this kind of Caliper of good people and service.”

“I am amazed at the continuing care offered at Kos/Danchak. Having bought one pair of hearing aids 10 years ago, they have continued to support me by having me checked every 6 months without charge. During these years of regular check-ups, I have been given numerous hearing exams to be sure I was continuing to get the appropriate match with my hearing aids. “My visit was for a complimentary demonstration of the latest technology for severe to profound loss. Ms Danchak enabled me to compare the new tech by inserting my existing earpieces into the latest OTE unit (same brand), so I could listen to the effect directly through a proper fitting earpiece. I have rated the experience "excellent" because Ms Danchak was attentive, obviously very knowledgeable of the devices and their effects, and took time to do a thorough, friendly and courteous review, even tho the visit was "complimentary". That being said, I am aware that the comparison could not really be complete without both components - receiver and properly-fitted earmolds - matched and programmed for my profile. I did experience some improvement in clarity, however, while losing some volume - with a complete fitting, I would expect to regain at least my existing level of volume while hopefully retaining the clarity and other advantages of the newer technology.”

“I am extremely satisfied with my Oticon OPN's purchased from Dr. Danchak. Previously I used Phonak Nadia for many years and thought they were the best. Dr. Danchak suggested I try the Oticon OPN and I immediately found them comfortable and they resolved all my background noise issues. I can now hear clearly in all environments. Background and wind noise are no longer a problem for me. Additionally, I can do my own maintenance. I'm an iPhone user and the compatibility with the OPN is absolutely wonderful. I can now talk in my car, outside in the wind or anyplace I desire. I just can't express how much better these aids perform for me versus the Phonak aids I wore for years.
