“I have had my Oticon hearing aids for several years, and Dr Parro has worked with me to address my problems and concerns during our twice-yearly appointments. Each time I saw improvements, but today she had some new software that made it possible for her to adjust various settings with me able to hear the differences and get the adjustments for each program to my satisfaction. I had often complained about the program used to manage my hearing aids from my IPhone, but this time she had a new IPhone ap that allows me to make more types of adjustments. This is a major improvement. I commend Dr Parro for her patience in dealing with my concerns over the years.”
