My only criticism is of the front office. When I arrived the "IN" desk was helping someone else. So I took a seat. After the "IN" desk was done with that customer they appeared to be cleaning up some paperwork. So I waited. I was ignored for ten minutes while both the "IN" desk and the "OUT" desk were busy on their computers. Neither asked me why I was sitting in their waiting area. Finally I called their attention to the fact I had a one o'clock appointment - then I was quickly helped. I believe it was a misunderstanding but I felt invisible.”

Dr. Molly Porter was very friendly and extremely thorough and knowledgeable during my entire testing procedure. She thoroughly explained what she was going to do, how she was going to do it and what I should or could expect from each individual test. Since I've been experiencing vertigo/dizzy symptoms, not all the tests were 100% pleasant but Dr. Porter talked me through them and added divided attention tasks to distract me from the unpleasant dizzy feelings. Unlike most doctor's I was not rushed. She allowed me time to get my dizzy under control before moving on to the next test which is much appreciated when you feel like you are on a rocking boat a lot of the time. If I need audiology services in the future I would definitely go back to Dr. Porter. * HIGHLY recommend her*”

She fully and completely answered all my questions, and offered me a way to remove the wax buildup in my ears - particually in my left ear which she said had more wax buildup in it than in my right ear. She was right, I noticed that was true when I performed her suggestion today - 2 days later. When I called and asked for a copy of my results, Crystal promprly emailed them to me. I walked away with new devices AND a good understanding of how to best use them. Was also provided with documentation, contact information for ongoing help, and a follow-on appointment to track progress and fine tune. 2 thumbs up. A quality practice with quality practices.
