“Dr Melissa Palmer is wonderful. We had to get my mother special ear mold so her hearing aids would stay in place. They she did a great job. She also explained why she's still having difficulty with them. Do to a separate tube issue. We're now going to see an ENT to get medical advice. Everyone is always happy and we're well taken care of. We do often need to leave a message, but this is very understandable and calls are returned promptly. This is my mother's 3rd audiologist, due to moving and by far the best we've seen. ”

“I knew I had some hearing loss especially if there is a lot of noise it’s difficult to focus. I work in Surgery so hearing is very important. I saw Meagan her 4th year grad student. She performed a hearing test and explained everything to me beforehand of what to expect. Afterwards she sat down and went over my results. She was so patient and knowledgeable about everything. Not sure I am quite ready for hearing aids but I will continue to follow up and once I decide I won’t go anywhere else but Clayton Audiology! The whole office is very nice. Dr. Palmer was not pushing me to purchase the hearing aids. They let you try them out for 30 days and asked how i did. I knew right away that these aids were what I needed. Jill worked with our insurance company to find out what our insurance covered and I was pleasantly surprised to what our insurance company was willing to pay. So now I can hear my children and grandchildren talking to me and I can hear the characters in the movies. I love them and glad my neighbor recommended Clayton Audiology to me.”

I approached my appointment at Clayton Audiology sceptical, but with an open mind. They were very welcoming and patient in explaining not only test results but also hearing aid options and programming associated with them.
