He gave me a pair of loaned hearing aids which I tried and helped me decide which type and brand to choose. He did a great job of initially setting up my hearing aids and making adjustments later, as needed. He is always welcoming you with a smile. “Julian and Tia at the La Jolla office on Regents Rd were absolutely excellent. I had previously gone somewhere else and getting through and garnering assistance from that group was challenging at best. At the other place, I always felt as if I was taking up their time and that they really weren't that interested in me as a person.
Julian and Tia, on the other hand, welcomed me and gave me the best service possible. I obtained an updated Widex hearing aid and a lanyard which allows me to access my phone and music through the blue tooth hearing aids. Julian is very professional and offers frequent visits as needed to make sure that I am pleased with the product. What a contrast to my experience elsewhere.
