“I had an appointment today at 1 PM. I arrived promptly and was told that Vanessa no longer worked there and there was no audiologist on site today (Monday) to replace her. I had my daughter call the scheduling # we were given and no explanation was given apart from "Maybe all Vanessa's appointments were erased." This isn't a responsible way to treat someone who just paid thousands of dollars for new hearing aids. ”

“I feel compelled to share my story. I had purchased a set of hearing aids approximately 3 years earlier. The performance of the hearing aids was never satisfactory. Having no prior experience with hearing aids I assumed my hearing was beyond help and I hardly used them. I had purchased them at an ENT office. I guess it was my good fortune that I received a call from that office--they informed me that the person I was seeing had left, and they were no longer dealing with hearing aids. They gave me a new location to go to, but it was quite out of the way. At this point I decided to look for a more convenient place to deal with because even though the results with the aids were not completely satisfactory, they did provide some minimal help. The next place I went to was only interested in selling me a new set of hearing aids at a cost of $4K to $5K. I was not ready to spend that kind of money without assurance of much better results than I had previously gotten. Since there were hearing centers in abundance in my area, I decided to keep trying to find a center that I was completely comfortable with. I tried 6 different locations, always the results were the same--each center wanted to sell me a new set of expensive hearing aids. I was ready to give up in frustration, but thankfully l decided to try one more place--and that is where I met Dr. Vanessa Musto. She told me that I had a good set of hearing aids, there was nothing wrong with them, they just were not adjusted properly. Fortunately, I still had a few weeks left on my original warranty, so Dr. Musto sent the aids away to be cleaned and refurbished. When they came back, she adjusted them to my needs. The results astonished me. The improvement was so dramatic that now l wear them all day long except to shower and sleep. Whereas I stated above, I hardly wore them before, now I wear them all the time. All that Dr. Musto accomplished with my set of hearing aids was done at a very modest cost. I highly respect her integrity and expertise, and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Musto to any and all who might be in need of help with hearing issues. ”
