Dr. Therese Kistenfeger is a licensed audiologist earning her doctorate in Audiology at the University of Memphis in 2011 and her Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Illinois State University in 2003. Dr. Kistenfeger is licensed in the state of Illinois and is certified through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Dr. Kistenfeger specializes in pediatric and adult audiology and fitting the latest in technology hearing aid devices. She strives to ensure each of her patients are educated in their hearing journey and helps them make the best choices for their individual needs.

You will find our Decatur office on Arbor Drive and Oakland Ave. Parking is in front and on the side with access into on either street you enter. We are in Suite C.

Hearing aid programming - Once you’ve decided on a hearing aid, we will expertly fit them to your ear shape so they sit comfortably in or on your ear. We also use your hearing prescription to program the hearing aids to your exact needs.
Tinnitus Management - Tinnitus is when you hear a buzzing, humming, ringing, or whistling sound in your ears when no external sounds are present. While a permanent cure to stop ringing in the ears is not available, hearing aids can help.
