TruEAR, Inc - On Top of the World

Adam Woodard's Journey is a testament to his diverse and impressive career. Prior to his current role as a BC-HIS (Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences) and CEO of TruEAR Inc., he served as an active member of the United States Military and excelled at a Fortune 500 company, where he not only archived top sales but also played a pivotal role in their research and development team.

Rooted in a legacy of entrepreneurship, with his father having owned a successful Miami based business for over two decades, Adam's passion for serial entrepreneurship runs deep. This upbringing exposed him to the realities of business ownership and the ups and downs of owning your own business helped prepare for his journey with TruEAR. Adam currently oversees TruEAR and in January accepted a role to help grow his father’s plumbing business in South Florida. He believes the key to success is removing ego and embracing continuous growth.

James formerly a dedicated member of the United states Marine Corps for four years, served as a  combat instructor of water survival, scout instructor, and squad leader. After transitioning from the military he excelled in management exclusively in the private medical retail industry of pharmacy, optometry and hearing.

Notably James spearheaded the growth of a Greenfield practice in a small market (Eustis) into a yearly million dollar practice for Advanced Hearing and FMHC. With his expertise he co-created a comprehensive training program assuming the role of lead trainer for a network of 50 offices. James believes in the values of integrity and commitment to achieve success in all aspects of life

Dr. Danielle Rosier holds board certification in audiology and is a distinguished graduate with suma cumu laude honors. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida where she remained to successfully achieve her Doctorate in Audiology. Dr. Rosier specializes in diagnostics and amplification focusing on aural rehabilitation. She's a current fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and has contributed as a board member for the Hearing Loss Association.

A native of Florida, Danielle finds joy in kayaking and hiking alongside her husband and their black lab. Recently she has been enjoying precious moments with her daughter Anna Elizabeth.

Dr. Michelle Frenton is a Board Certified Audiologist. She achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida State University graduating summa cum laude. Her academic journey continued at the University of South Florida where she completed her Doctorate in Audiology. As a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and a holder of the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Dr. Frenton is dedicated to her field. She actively contributes as a board member for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Florida serving Hernando and Pasco counties. Dr. Frenton's clinical expertise encompasses diagnostics, amplification aural rehabilitation, tinnitus treatment and cochlear implant assessment.

With a strong connection to her Florida roots Michelle cherishes visits to the state scenic parks with her family and her time has been enriched by the time spent with her daughter, Dakota.

Since 2001 Victor has demonstrated exceptional dedication in addressing patients eye care and hearing health requirements within the local community. Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences he proudly services the hearing needs of Ocoee, Winter Garden, Clermont, and Leesburg communities. Victor's commitment shines through his compassionate efforts to educate patients and their families about hearing health a quality he takes immense pride in.

He is the second of seven siblings, married to his lovely wife Ani and together they nurture 3 remarkable children of their own.

Josué originates from Seminole State College where he obtained a top ranking position in his business class with honors. With over 2 get decades of medical experience his expertise is extensive. His exceptional knowledge and unwavering enthusiasm in the hearing industry distinguish him from his peers. Josué's genuine enjoyment is evident in his consultations with patients, where he makes clear the latest audiology advancements and guides them through the rehabilitation journey.

Thirteen years ago he married his life partner Anaiz and together they embraced the joys of parenthood raising 4 remarkable children named  Samantha, Mia, Gianna and Kalenn.
