“The hearing test went well and the audiologist was very informative of what to expect from a hearing aid device. I decided to go for it. My hearing has been bad for years and I’m in sales so I need to hear what my customers are saying to me clearly. These hearing aids have made a tremendous improvement in my hearing. I’m able to understand my customers much easier without straining to hear them. It was such a drain before the hearing aids especially when their was background noise. Not anymore, thank goodness. Now with the hearing aids I’m able to hear things that I didn’t hear before. I’m hearing my coffee pot beep when it’s done, I’ve never even heard that before. I’m hearing birds chirping and even the sound of me walking across the room, never heard that before. All I can say is these hearing aids are well worth it.”

“I am a former professor at Universities. I have a gerontology degree. I am aware of many aspects of aging because of what I taught. I am aware hearing loss and tinnitus issues to a degree. I experience both of these conditions. I am Retired now from teaching. I followed Dr. Clark to this company because she is an educator about hearing and the brain. I needed my hearing aids updated. She listened to my concerns and has adjusted my hearing aids to help me participate more in life. I was limiting interactions because of changing in hearing. She also helped put together a game plan to adjust hearing aids now so I may participate more comfortably in life. And, talked about further options to address changes as I age. The goal for them is for you to hear better, thus also address the cognitive aspect of life. I am 74 and now feel more how about participating in life, being in social situations and enjoying them, as well as increasing my ability to think better, recall information, process information, and understand what I hear. Hearing aids changed my life several years ago because I had a way to reduce the impact of “ringing in my ears” and strengthen actually hearing clearly. Finding Dr. Clark again and this center’s focus on hearing and the brain, has rejuvenated me. I am not doomed to be a hermit, withdraw from life, be sedentary and not think clearly. I am grateful. ”

“ I wanted to find assistance with my hearing issue before seeking hearing aid assistance or surgery. They called me mutiple times a day and I finally decided to schedule after a long speech about how this might be the answer. I was sent three emails of video testimonials. None of them included an appointment time. I was intrigued, but suspicious. When I arrived at the appointment, I had to wait about 15 minutes as the previous appointment was running behind. I was shocked by the demeanor of the woman who administered the test. She appeared to have no working knowledge of hearing and was elusive when I attempted to ask her basic questions. Up until the end of the session, I thought she was a woman hired to administer hearing tests. She appeared to have no working knowledge about hearing and was unable to answer basic questions. She was extremely condensending, superficial and unprofessional. She didn't even understand how to score the test. I learned in the end that Stephanie was a doctor. You could have fooled me. She was inept and struggled throughout the session. 0/10 don't recommend. Just in case you are still with me and interested in trying this out, they want to commit 4 years to this treatment. That alone is a no for me. ”
