Dr. Marietta Mathis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders, along with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Iowa. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Audiology at the University of Nebraska before moving to southern Florida for her residency. Throughout her career, Dr. Mathis has gained extensive clinical experience working with patients who use hearing aids, cochlear implants, and those dealing with balance disorders.
Passionate about improving her patients’ quality of life, Dr. Mathis works closely with individuals and their families to support more active, engaged lifestyles through better hearing. She remains actively involved in the audiology field, staying up to date on advancements in hearing aid technology and research related to balance and dizziness disorders. Dr. Mathis is a certified member of both the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Auditory Society.
