“So never did I ever think that I would need hearing aids at the age of 52, boy was I wrong. I was a little down having to have them at such a young age, but a family member recommended Berry Hearing Aid center to me. When I went in I didn't know what to expect, I haven't had a hearing test since I was in school. With the staff and Dr. Jud they made it simple and painless. Mindy at the front was super nice and super sweet and helped me through the process and made me feel comfortable. When I meet Dr. Jud it was amazing, its not everyday you go into a doctors office and they take the time to listen, and get to know you. Dr Jud listened to all my concerns and addressed everyone of them, and she cared about me and spent sometime getting to know me as well. So to make a long story short I went through the process and was fitted for my hearing aids. Hearing aids are not cheap and Dr. Jud walked me through all the financial options and we picked the best option for me. I never realized what I was missing until I got my hearing aids. There comfortable and not only do I love them but everyone around me loves then because they don't have to talk loud now. Dr. Jud and Mindy at Berry hearing center in Fort Dodge Iowa are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. You would be a fool to go anywhere else, they will make you feel good about yourself and you will have a great experience. ”

“Don't let them waste your time like they did mine. It took 2-1/2 weeks to get in, had to fill out countless redundant forms, only to finally be told it would be "at least 2 or 3 months" before I could get hearing aids. I was treated EXTREMELY RUDELY by all staff members throughout the frustrating "process". I then went somewhere else and within 3 days had my hearing aids and experienced none of the hassles or rude, uncaring treatment I received at Berry.”
