“There’s lots of places to get your hearing checked. I’ve been to several of them, hoping one day to get some hearing back. You come to this place, you not only get someone capable of helping you, it you get someone who truly cares about helping you. I’ve never had explanations about hearing loss that come even close to what I got here. It’s so frustrating to be able to hear, but not understand. It’s hard to be in noisy backgrounds and hear noises, but not understand. They explain that so that you can learn how to cope and eventually start making sense of the noises. Thank you Maddie, Allison, and the others that have been here before. ”

“I have tried hearing devices unsuccessfully several times over the years. FINALLY, I found someone that knows what they’re doing. The exams I’ve had far exceeded the previous ones. I finally felt as if I could actually hear again. Granted, it takes time for your brain to relearn the noises and turn it into words, but I’m getting there. If you’re tired of reading lips, this is the place to go. You won’t regret it. ”
