“I have had experiences with other hearing aid facilities in Nevada with 2 other members in my immediate family with hearing aid issues. Neither of my family members were ever satisfied with their hearing aids. A friend in Seattle referred my husband to NGH for a new evaluation and fitting of hearing aids that he would finally wear faithfully and experienced a tremendous improvement. When I noted my hearing was not clear in settings like restaurant, I also asked Dr. Ashley for an evaluation and though my hearing loss was minimal, I chose to try the use of hearing aids and found it made a great difference especially in crowds and when listening to a speaker. Our experience with both Dr. Ashley & Dr. Amy has been excellent and the office staff has always been friendly & accommodating to scheduling us when we are in the Seattle area.
