“Called to ask if there was anything available for hypersenitive hearing related to my tinnitus, was told have to make appt, last appt at this location was back in Aug, and was given Drs name over phone, was told one was available today at 1615 (415 pm) I show and told appt was for Monday 0800, explained to lady at desk I was told of appt today and explained reason for my visit and said I would gladly depart and reschedule for another day, she had me wait and fill out a some forms, one of the questions asked me about ringing buzzing in ears yes or no, I mark all 3 and list various on paper, now after explaining to lady at desk why I'm there im asked if im having these problems now, questions weren't written so have you had these in past etc, it was, do you have.... Yes or no. I was there 20 minutes prior to my appt time, at about 20 minutes after 4pm told shouldn't be much longer, at 430pm, I get up and tell lady at desk I was departing and thanks anyways. She says she has to call the nurse and I say ok... I continue out the door and depart. Don't tell me to come n at certain time and then screw up with the computer, also if my appt is at a certain time then 15 minutes past the time is unacceptable, if I was late i would have had to reschedule. Worst experience at civilian office so far since I've gotten out of military. I think they work with the VA.”
