“He's very casual, he listens and basically addresses the issues. Warns you about things like if the volume get to high, about feed back, and offered some options. He actually gave me a audio speaker that goes in your ear, and he gave me a couple to try. One of them didn't work at all, but I'm using the other one right now.”
