“I've been going to Hearing Services West for about 4 years. I was referred to her by my primary physician when the reasons for my hearing loss could not be determined. I'm kind of young for hearing issues. Lori is very attentive to detail and will listen to your concerns. She truly cares about her patients. Just be sure to mention any issues you are having. When I got my aids, I struggled with being able to tell where sounds were coming from. I could hear the sounds but I would turn my head to the wrong location. It was kind of embarrassing.
