“Recently the Skidaway office changed personnel. I have used their services since coming to live in Savannah and was quite happy. To my dismay the new staff has been rude and gruff. I am severely hearing impaired and called for an emergency appointment as my aids were not working. I had a speech to deliver that afternoon. The receptionist informed me that all staff were busy. I explained my dilemma and she stated, " Are you not listening all staff are busy but you could come in and wait all morning and maybe someone will see you. She was rude, dismissive and gruff. I am totally deaf without my aids. I am changing audiologist and will not ever recommend this ever business again. To say to a hearing impaired client that they are not listening and to dismiss a client so rudely is not the place for anyone. ”
“Completely pleased with the product, service and follow-up.”
“Very impressed with how thorough the evaluation was, I was most impressed with the amount of time spent with my wife and I to thoroughly explain my best option. Questions were answered thoroughly, my insurance was maximized, and I felt real and genuine care from Judy and Susan to help me with my hearing loss. Very impressed and look forward to working with Susan at the Skidaway office, feel confident I will be in good hands.”
