“It’s almost over 2 years , I have been visiting Coweta Hearing & Balancing Center. I have made at least 4 visits ; from hearing tests to getting hearing aids and then regular followups. Absolutely courteous and professional staff and to add up Dr. Nikki is excellent in her work and knowledge. She goes way out to listen to your problems, discussing them and guiding you. Since hearing loss is a life long issue and needs to be taken care of on a life long basis , I believe my association with Coweta Hearing & Balancing Center and especially with Dr. Nikki DeGeorge is life long. I am fortunate to be associated with Dr. Nikki and her team.”

“They were very nice, and very professional. There only problem is the fact that they neglected to tell me that they don't except medicad, but they take your card anyway, then a couple of weeks later you get a bill you aren't expecting, saying you owe money. They should tell you up front that they don't take medicad.”

Official Response from Coweta Hearing and Balance Clinic, Inc:
“Thank you for taking the time to review my clinic. If you have Medicaid, you should have not been billed and I do apologize. I have investigated this to find that when you called in, you spoke with someone who was new at the clinic and didn't know this. Someone from my staff will be reaching out to refund the amount that you paid out of pocket. ”
