Jennifer Valdez, HAD, has been licensed to dispense hearing aids in California since 2014. She has extensive experience working in medical settings and was a part of a private hearing practice before purchasing Hearing Solutions. She specializes in the evaluation and non-medical treatment of hearing loss and has extensive training in hearing evaluation and rehabilitative audiology including hearing instrument dispensing and patient-centered counseling.

With more than 7 years of experience working as a Patient Care Coordinator in the medical field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her role. Her passion for helping patients and making a positive impact on their lives is evident in everything she does. Lizette's caring and welcoming nature ensures that everyone feels valued and supported.
Beyond her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors. Lizette finds being outside in nature relaxing, whether she is hiking, camping, kayaking, or simply enjoying a walk in the neighborhood.

“We were visiting family in Paso Robles for the Labor Day Holiday, and my mother realized she forgot her hearing charger. We called Hearing Solutions and told them about our predicament. We talked to Jennifer and Ashton and they were so kind and agreed to let my mother use a charger until our visit was done. They met us and gave us the charger, free of charge. They were so understanding and carrying. They said that they knew how hard it would be for my mother to not be able to hear during our visit! When we returned the charger Jennifer was so gracious, and sweet. My mother is looking for a home in Paso Robles, and when she moves here, she will choose to be a happy customer of Hearing Solutions! We appreciate you! Thank you, Jennifer and Ashton! ”

Hearing Solutions Hearing Aid Center is a progressive hearing aid center with locations in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles, CA. They specialize in the latest digital hearing instruments and accessories at competitive prices. Their goal is to provide professional personalized patient care and individual solutions for each hearing impaired person they serve.
Our Paso Robles office is located on the corner of Spring St and 17th St. We share the building with other offices such as Edward Jones, we are in suite 101.
