“I bought My Hearing Aids several Years ago and as I have not bought new ones My service has gone down hill. Each year I get a call to "check" My ears and hearing, this has been an attempt to sell Me new units each and every time. My units have continued to preform acceptably which seemed to surprise the Man that checked Me the last time. Today my left unit stopped working so as I was near the office I stopped in for help. I was informed By the Young Lady at the desk that She was busy with an other Person in the next office and that I should come back during Their "open" hour from noon to 1pm. This is the second time over the years I have had a problem and the second time I was told "Make an Appointment or come in at Our convenience" I paid $7,000 for these units but that was then and this is now so it in My case appears that if I'm not buying there is not time except at Their Convenience. When I bought the units originally, service was 1st class and when needed, now it seems that that is NOT how the business is run today! I will find someone to service My units but it will never again be at Michigan Hearing or Binsons the parent company!”
