“Years ago I had nerve damage in my left ear because of shingles. I had a hearing specialist tell me I would never be able to ware a hearing aid in that ear. Recently I moved to Spanish Fork. I knew I needed to get my hearing checked. My father, who lived in Spanish Fork until he passed in 2014 always talked about his new hearing aids and how well they fit and how he was treated. “My husband's hearing aid malfunctioned just days before our granddaughter's wedding. We tried contacting the company where we originally bought the hearing aids without any luck. We drove over to Timpanogos Hearing to see if it could be fixed. Right away Jessica noticed the speaker was damaged. Even though they didn't carry my husband's brand of hearing's aids Jessica immediately went to check to see if they had a replacement speaker that would work. They didn't have one that would fit, but were able to order a replacement for us. A week later and we were back in business. Even though we were are not their regular patients, Jessica and her staff were very helpful getting our problem resolved.”
