Those people tried to threaten me if I call them again..Is that how you do business with the patients who are in need of the hearing aid? People who try to get rid of the patients or to threaten to get rid of them when a patient is asking for help or advice should not be working in the health care business.”

“If they need to send a hearing aid out for repairs, it takes weeks for them to get it back. And when it does come back, they don't contact you like they say they will, you have to keep calling them until you reach a person, not an answering machine, who then tells you THEY'VE been trying to contact YOU. No matter how many times times they've adjusted either of my hearing aids in their office, it's becomes useless in a few days. They have been a total waste of time and money. ”
