“I went to see Dr. Heppler for new hearing aids. He was easy to talk to and understood my hearing loss issues. He recommended the Oticon Intent hearing aids, which I purchased. When they arrived he set them up and I left excited that they were new and seemed to be working fine. But after a week or so I was having trouble understanding people in different environments, especially in noisy stores and restaurants. I made another appointment to see him again for an adjustment . After listening to my problems and concerns he made some adjustments to the settings, and that has made a huge improvement! Now I can hear just fine no matter where I go. It's just wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Heppler and Advanced Audiology, as well as the new Oticon Intent hearing aids. I have been wearing various hearing aids over the past 35 years, and these Intent hearing aids are by far the best I have ever owned. They are expensive, but well worth the money! A hearing sound test was given but he didn’t look in my dads ears just discussed hearing aids insurance and prices - the next week we went to my dads family doctor who looked in my dads ears - he had two pieces of hearing aid glued to his ear drum and it was removed - but Heppler did not even look in my dads ears.”
