“Please read this if you have recently had hearing problems or you have struggled with hearing loss for years. Rachel and her team age the best! I had struggled with a severe hearing loss due to Susack Syndrome in addition to natural genetic hearing loss. “Office staff is very rude. When I walked in, they sat on the computer and did not attend to me until I asked if there was any paperwork I could be filling out. This was after about three minutes passed of me standing directly in front of them and then making eye contact with me. I arrived five minutes early for my 11 AM appointment. It is now 11:25 AM and I am still sitting in the office waiting room. I asked the office staff if they knew how much longer of a wait it would be- she said she had no idea and could not tell me an estimate. I said okay, and then turned to go sit down and she slammed her window shut. It's unacceptable that these doctors and office staff have no respect for their patients' time, but if someone showed up 10 minutes late to an appointment they would have to reschedule. Yet I'm stuck waiting 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. This is ridiculous. ”
