Dr. Jami Brooks is a Doctor of Audiology and Speech Pathologist. She earned degrees from Baylor University and A.T. Still University. Dr. Brooks holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology as well as the Texas Academy of Audiology. She has been helping our patients achieve their hearing healthcare goals since 1987.

“A story of redemption....Upon my first visit, it turned out that the new office assistance had not put my daughter's appointment down. The appointment was an infant and they didn't have the proper equipment in the office that day, so unfortunately I had to be rescheduled. Since I had taken time off work and had to drive 35 minutes to get to their office, I was none too pleased to say the least, but they were clearly sorry about the inconvenience and I could tell from their response it wasn't something that typically happened. A week later I got a nice apology card in the mail, and the following week was my new appointment. This time the appointment was seamless. They made an extra effort to ensure there were no snags, were very sweet with my daughter, and had us in and out in 20 minutes. I have to say that they redeemed themselves despite the initial mistake and I would be happy to go back again.”
