Licensed Doctor of Audiology L. Mark Payne earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from California State University - Hayward, his Master of Science degree in Audiology at California State University - Sacramento and his doctoral degree in Audiology from A.T. Still University.
He holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.
He and his wife have lived in Shingle Springs since 1989.
