“ I had 3 year old hearing aids from another provider serviced by a clinic in New Ulm Mn. I spent 3 years trying to get my hearing aids adjusted and I was never satisfied with the results. Being frustrated I very seldom wore my hearing aid. I even considered new hearing aids. The tech in New Ulm retired and the office closed which meant I would have to 60 miles to get service. That office, to their credit, did provide me with TC Audio contact which was 25 miles away. On my first visit the tech listened closely to my needs and made the necessary adjustments. I liked the results and made another appointment a few weeks later. While talking to the tech I asked about a hearing test, which we completed the same day. The tech had some technical difficulty with some cables which gave me a chance to talk to Rebecca on some issues I learned from the Internet. I inquired about REM or Real Ear Measurement. She stated that they have the proper equipment and would happy to do the testing. Wow what a difference!! First and foremost I sensed that TC Audio held my ability to hear their top priority. After adjusting my aids to my prescription I no longer have problems in noisy environments, my car’s seat belt warning etc. I am hearing speech so much better that I find wearing my aids comfortable. I would highly recommend TC Audio for clients that want professional friendly services. ”
