Brian Grandon grew up in the West Michigan area and has lived here most of his life. He started his career as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in Northern Michigan and ran several successful offices in the area. He later had an opportunity to move back to the West Michigan area to take over 2 offices close to where he was from. In 2022, he came to Hearing Life. Brian has a passion for helping people hear better and improving quality of life for his patients. He believes his role is to do more than just deliver hearing devices to patients. His approach is to educate them on their hearing loss to help them, as well as those close to them, understand the condition. Brians approach is to build a life long relationship with his patients and to become the trusted adviser they can count on for all their hearing needs.

“My elderly mother is a patient at the Plainfield location. She recently went in for a hearing check. Her Hearing Aids were never cleaned and her hearing was never checked with her aids in. At 97 years old, she was simply put in the hearing booth and then told she had profound hearing loss (which we already knew). A few years ago I purchased $5000 hearing aids for her at the same company. This year they tried to sell her $7000 hearing aids. When I inquired about her insurance I was told that her insurance no longer covers hearing aids. Knowing how good my mother's insurance has always been, I decided to call to confirm. Guess what? Her insurance does cover hearing aids with a very small deductible but NOT at Michigan Hearing! I now believe that they receive a commission for sales and are NOT looking out for their customers. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE PURCHASING OVERPRICED HEARING AIDS!!!! ”
