“I took my 82 year old mom for a hearing test and saw Dr. Rebecca McDonald from NRH ENT. My mom is not the easiest to deal with. She always resists doctor visits. Dr. McDonald was very welcoming and compassionate She made my mom comfortable and she was able to gain her trust. She explained clearly what the hearing test entailed all the way through the interpretation of the test. She made her try hearing aids, provided helpful tools for my mom to decode communication successfully as well as tools for us to use in communicating with her given the hearing loss and most importantly, educated us on the impact of hearing loss and cognitive decline. We now have a hearing benchmark. Now to figure out the next steps to isolate cognitive decline. Highly recommend Dr. McDonald from NRH ENT. ”

“Bobbi Burke and the staff at North Hills have been excellent. I experienced severe hearing loss suddenly due to illness and they have been by my side for the past 7 years. Bobbi is very caring and knowledgeable, can’t say enough good things about how she has helped me. Highly recommend!!!”

“This morning, 02/01/2024, I took my Oticon hearing aids in to have the rechargeable batteries checked as the left battery was draining much quicker than the right battery. Michelle C. was able to clean the battery compartments, replace the batteries in both hearing aids, and put new ear pieces on each hearing aid. She did this within a few minutes while I waited. I have always received excellent assistance and customer service from North Hills Hearing & Balance Center. Today Michelle continued in providing excellent assistance and customer service. Thank you.”
