He has worn hearing aids for over four decades so he understands hearing loss and how technology can enrich the life of those with hearing loss. He holds a Master of Arts degree in audiology and is a fellow with the American Academy of Audiology.

“I have endured poor hearing for years now and finally got tired of asking people what and having them tell me to quit screaming. I finally went to get my hearing checked and discovered I was nearly deaf. Thanks to Judy and Paula at East Texas Solutions in Longview, I'm now able to hear my wife when she talks at a normal level and she said that my voice sounds normal. Their test was much better than the one I got in Tyler years ago. Judy was very thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and Paula was very accommodating in getting me in before I go on a trip. Thanks guys, you're the best.”
