“Scheduled appt for my 88 yr old mom. We were running late. Asked my sister to call office. Front desk said, thanks for the call. We got there and front desk said sorry, you are late, we only have a 20 minute window, I said, what are we 2 minutes late she said 4. She should of told my sister, we could of turned around. She tanked my sister. There wasn't anyone in waiting room. We arrived at 12:52. I sat in parking lot, as I was upset. Noone went in office till 1:15. Dr. Cronin should of used the remaining of my moms time on my mom. As she probably had a good 15/20 minutes left. ”
