“My husband and I both got our hearing aides from Matt.He was very respectful ,kind and patient.Ed and I will continue seeing Matt.Very friendly guy.We both are very pleased to go to him.Thanks Matt being able to hear is amazing but the birds chirping are loud and traffic.”

“Very poor service and treatment after the sale. When I got the hearing aides he suggested that we send them in before the three year warranty expired for battery replacement as these are factory sealed. I dropped them off three weeks ago and still don't have them back. When I call to check on them he gives me the run around and this last time was rather rude. He doesn't have any tracking number information, which seems rather odd for something of this value. I can't recommend him.”

“When i called and asked if they accept my health insurance (in-network) the person has stated yes we do. So i made appointment and once i got there give all my information and the guy give me my hearing test. Once i was done with my hearing test, he stated to me that he couldn't help me out due to the cost of new hearings aids. So i get my bill in the mail, i think 3 or 4 months later for this amount. If he just told me that he couldn't get new hearing aids due to the health insurance, i wouldn't have went through with the hearing test knowing that i was going to get charged. I believe that is his way to charge people for hearing test after knowing that he can't help them out. I won't recommend this place to anyone.”

He is extremely personable and I truly enjoy my visits to his office even though they only occur when I have a problem. He is certainly worth the drive from Ithaca.”
