Dr. Berrios diagnosed and treated my mothers condition within minutes. She'd been to other doctors who said they could do nothing else to assist her. Thanks to Dr. Berrios, she's 100% happier! Dr. Dionne Murphy is a one of a kind Dr. Extremely patient and knowledgeable of hearing issues and loss. She worked with my father and his hearing loss, fitting him with the best option of hearing aids. She is always available for follow ups and ohine calls. Overall, this is a remarkable team of Doctors and Office Assistants. ”

“Dr. Dionne Murphy, Audiologist, has guided my hearing care since 9/2017. She is the most thorough and most CARING audiologist I have ever known. Yesterday, 2/6/19, she reprogrammed my hearing aids to my current needs. You have to understand that my hearing has changed drastically even in recent months. (My neurologist, Dr. Thomas Pearson in Palm Harbor--another caring doctor--said my hearing nerves are just about shot and there's nothing more he can do for me.) She has patiently updated my aids every time and taught me so much about hearing and what aids can and cannot do. I'm sure it was her calls to Oticon that got them to update their app so all makes of cell phones would link with their hearing aids. When I told her that I can "hear" in the phone but I cannot understand most callers, she contacted CAPTION CALL phone service to get a phone for me. I don't have a land line but CAPTION CALL uses INTERNET connections! They called already today and will be here 2/28!”
