“My husband was having problems with the hearing aids he purchased from Costco 3 years ago. He visited Costco many times but they were never able to fix the problem. He decided to go to Dr. Allison Liberio at Family Hearing in Flower Mound. She said why don't I try to fix your old hearing aids before you spend $5,000. for new ones. She gave him a pair of demo hearing aids to wear while his were being repaired. We went back two weeks later to pickup his old hearing aids and she said wear these a week and come back and let me know how they worked. We went back Monday and he told her they worked perfectly but he preferred the ear inserts of the demo pair she loaned him over his old inserts. She said no problem, I will change them out for you, which she did. We then asked her how much we owed her and she said nothing the repair was covered by the hearing aid warranty. We asked her how much for the inserts and she said nothing and then proceeded to give him a new package of inserts for later use. She is a wonderful Christian and she and her husband are planting a church in Denton. If you need hearing aids please call her.”
