Learning the new program wasn’t easy but with her help it became easier than I thought. She is easy to book appointment with and if you sign up for the lifetime cleaning, tuning, adjusting she is generous in giving you needed supplies. “I love the staff but trying to cancel an appointment is almost impossible. I can't understand why you don 't have someone at the main desk to schedule appointments or take cancellations. I had to leave a message and someone would get back to me. People can't wait around for someone to get back to them. Sorry but you could improve in that department. By the way still waiting for someone to get back to me and waiting and waiting.”
