Keystone Audiology

Dr. Kristen Rubin was drawn to the field of Audiology because it gave her the ability to greatly improve a patient’s quality of life. She enjoys getting to know her patients and their families, and helping them to break down the communication barriers that hearing loss can cause. She grew up in Warwick, Rhode Island and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Connecticut. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University in Pennsylvania, where she lived and worked for several years in Philadelphia before returning to the Ocean State to continue her career in 2015.

Dr. Rubin has extensive clinical experience with the newest technology, including Bluetooth options and hearing aids that connect directly to mobile phones. Dr. Rubin holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech and Hearing Association, is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and is licensed as an Audiologist by the Rhode Island Department of Health.

When outside of the office, Dr. Rubin enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, and cooking. She is also an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys watching college basketball. She is happy to be back in Rhode Island to enjoy our beautiful summer and fall weather outdoors.
