“Despite receiving a written offer of testing and trial hearing aid services, and waiting several weeks for an appointment, when I arrived on time, Mr Pearlman offered neither, and told me that it would cost 250 for an evaluation. He was clearly upset with me and was very rude. He expressed irritation that I had not previously purchased a hearing aid from him. I was shocked at his anti-patient demeanor, his complete lack of concern for why I was there, and clear animosity toward me as a perspective patient. Having been to Heuser before and having friends who have been assisted by Heuser, this was the most dramatic change in customer/patient care, I have ever seen. Based on your promotions, history of service and my previous experiences with Heuser, I was absolutely shocked by the way Mr Pearlman acted toward me. I actually walked out before the confrontation became any more acrimonious. ”
