“I chose the Phonak rechargeable hearing aids--Audeo M30's--and have been very pleased with them. They are bluetooth capable, so my phone just has to be near and I can answer calls thru them. I can also listen to any audio on my phone from the internet. I did have to experiment with the right size for the earpiece, but once we got that perfected they are great. I especially like having no batteries to mess with. The phone control app for the aids is also very good and easy to use.”

“Natasha has been a tremendous find as our trusted audiologist. We had moved recently from Colorado to Austin. My 95 yr old mom first got her hearing aids in Colorado. One of them somehow didn't fit well and caused my mom some pain. Natasha (middle name - Sherlock Holmes) visited my mom at the nursing home and deduced that the structure of the inside of one of my mom's ears was such that the hearing aid needed to be inserted a little differently. “I had been wearing a hearing device for some time and I knew it was time to re-check my hearing as it was worsening. I went to a place on Bee Caves Rd and got a hearing test and the price the guy gave me for the aids was ridiculously high. I dug around and found Dr. Natasha. She fitted me for new aids at home and delivered and fitted them once they came in.
