“Having dealt with Scott before, I knew he would listen to my needs and expectations. I was very impressed, and surprised, that after such a long time, he not only remembered me, but remembered details of my case. What kind of device I prefer, what I needed for day-to-day hearing, and how to program my hearing aid to suit me. It's only been a week and one device may need a little tweaking, but I'm confident that in the end Scott will get it done.”

We listens to all of our patients to find out what their individual needs are and then find a solution that best suits them.
