It was too frustrating constantly pushing them back in and worrying about them falling off completely. He asked to look at them and said he thought if he replaced the wires with slightly longer ones they would fit me better. 5 minutes later, he had the wires replaced and I was thrilled that they fit perfectly and have been great ever since. ”
