“Nicole Mielnicki was great as usual. She has seen my husband several times, and when he lost one aid, was able to reprogram and send in one of his aids for repair. She also checked his ears and made sure he felt well. Always with a smile, she was able to also see him in the Canon City office to save us about 3.5 hours driving time which in turn helped husband's disability. Yeah!!!”

“I went in for a check-up as it'd been a couple of years since I'd been there. I had received a flyer in the mail about upgrading to newer technology. The doctor gave me another hearing test and cleaned up current ones. It'd also been awhile since if worn then add I fely they weren't really helping. He made some adjustments and said to wait for newer ones. He said he wanted me to get used to wearing them again before considering the need for newer ones. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't automatically suggesting newer ones. ”
