Andrew Brown, M.A., CCC-A, FAAA, has lived and worked with the hearing impaired his entire life. He understands the conflicts and consequences they encounter every day. Brown knew at an early age he wanted to help the hearing impaired. After graduating from Kellogg Community College, he pursued concentrated instruction in Audiology at Central Michigan University, one of the finest Audiology schools in the nation. After earning Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees at CMU, Brown acquired outstanding clinical and research experience with the Federal Medical Center in Albuquerque, treating veterans from seven southwestern states. He holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

“So far everything has been good. Now waiting for my hearing aids to come in.”
“Andrew Brown is a kind caring man. But so far I am disappointed with the quality of the product offered. I understand his service used to offer a Widex product. I have used that brand for over 15 years. I have loved them! But the provider in Battle Creek, MI closed so I went to this provider. I have paid $5,100 and still have no aid that is satisfactory. The final pair is far too large and cumbersome for me. So now Mr. Brown is having them made smaller. So I wait... I hope I can be as satisfied with the new product (when I get it) as I have been with my Widex product. I don’t know...but again, Andrew Brown is a kind conscientious man. We shall see... ”
