It is Cortland Hearing Aids mission to foster an ongoing relationship with our patients throughout their journey to better hearing. Our passion for helping people hear better begins with exploring hearing solutions together and to maintain follow up care that will optimize hearing wellness.
Cortland Hearing Aids is owned and operated by Dr. Suzette Pace. Suzette has been providing the Cortland community with professional audiological services since 1999. She is committed to providing her patients with the knowledge and understanding of their hearing loss, and to making the best recommendations based on each individual's hearing needs.
We are located on the corner of NY-13 and Munson Ave. We offer plenty of free parking.

Cortland Hearing Aids welcomes you to better hearing with the following services:
- Hearing evaluations (Hearing Tests) Performed in a sound proof booth by a NYS licensed audiologist with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Otoacoustic emission testing that is typically used to screen infants or developmentally disabled patients that cannot give behavioral responses. It can differentiate between sensory and neural components of sensorineural hearing loss.
- Tinnitus evaluations and counseling Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) is often associated with hearing loss. A tinnitus evaluation can help to provide insight into the proper coping techniques.
- Hearing aid evaluations to determine candidacy for amplification and selecting and fitting the appropriate hearing device based on the individuals hearing loss and lifestyle.
- Hearing aid repairs, cleaning, tubing changes, and minor repairs on all brands of hearing aids.
- Custom made hearing aid earmolds, often used for hearing protection, swimming, iPods, cell phone users.
