“Appt on time, no waiting after form completed Sanitizing was evident and staff wore masks thankfully . Testing included sounds and words. I agree on not hearing some of the words correctly Tech explained each step. She recommended a certain aide but did not give any choice. Aide is priced higher than expected . So I didn’t buy yet”
