“I took both my in-laws to see Christina Duca for possible hearing aids. They are both elderly. First of all, Christina has no bed side manners. She’s extremely rude and unprofessional. My in-laws do not speak English so I was interpreting for them. It was extremely frustrated because she expected me to do her job without telling me what I needed to do; then, had the nerve to throw the microphone on her desk because we kept telling her there was too much static. It’s not our fault that her machine looks like it belongs in the 50’s and so out of date. I was simply interpreting what my in-laws were experiencing with the noise frequencies. The entire experience was extremely frustrating but, we survived our visit. Definitely, don’t recommend this place. It doesn’t matter if she has 30 years of experience; that does not justify her poor attitude. ”

“My 93 yo mom has been waiting for a hearing aid for one year. You are accelerating the aging process by not allowing her to be able to participate in life. It should not matter that she is on Medicaid. I am searching for another solution. ”
